Welcome to Lantana Gardens
Lantana Gardens is a full service nursery and garden center, specializing in native and well-adapted trees and shrubs, 67 varieties of antique and shrub roses, a huge variety (too many to count) of perennials, grasses and vines, and some unusual annuals and tropicals. Along with providing the finest quality of competitively priced select plant material available, we emphasize education and attentive customer service. We pride ourselves on carrying the largest selection of organic products in the Denton County area, including bagged mulches, fertilizers and composts.
Established in the spring of 2003, we are located in the beautiful Town of Bartonville, Texas, just west of Lewisville on FM 407. We are proud to have two lovely sloping acres of land to display our constantly changing shade and sun demonstration gardens. The greenhouse is filled with seasonal greenery and useful items for the home gardener such as Felco pruning shears, gloves, numerous gardening supplies and whimsical garden art for the home garden. We have in stock an exclusive selection of pottery, fountains, and ironwork. Our gorgeous store is filled with unique and distinctive garden art and accessories, florals for each season, decorative lamps, garden furniture and gift items for everyone and every occasion.
Services
Landscape Design
If you're ready to landscape your home now or sometime in the future, Lantana Gardens has all the design help and materials you will need to give your home that professional landscaped look. We offer a wide variety of plant material including trees, shrubs, roses and vines as well as hundreds of varieties of perennials, ornamental grasses, bulbs and annual flowers.
If it's just a small flower bed you want to add or update, we can easily give you suggestions on the spot at no cost that will give you year round interest . For those larger landscapes that need more detailed, in-depth design, we offer a home visit by one of our designers who will meet with you at your home, take photographs, measure and illustrate a beautiful plan including detail listings of plant material, hardscapes, and labor estimate. Delivery and Planting
Delivery is free for plant material purchases of $500 or more in most instances. We will even space your plants for you to make it easier to implement your plan. Delivery is also free if we are doing the installation. All other delivery charges are dependent on size, quantity and distance. Delivery is available only within 15 miles of Lantana Gardens. Ask for details.
Installation is available as well by landscape professionals. Ask for details.
Delivery of fountains/concrete/ironwork start at $100 and are based on size and weight.
Custom Container Service
Lantana Gardens is proud to offer a Custom potting service - bring your own pots or choose some of ours. We carry a full stock of concrete, terracotta, glazed ceramic and lightweight fiberglass pottery. We also carry a unique selection of iron planters and baskets using coco-fiber liners or sphagnum moss. We design the pot with you in mind - what ever your favorite colors or plants.
Pots too big to bring in? That is not a problem for us. We will be happy to bring the plant materials to your home and design them for you.
